Q) How do I Place an order?   A) Having trouble placing an order with us? Not to worry! Click on our “How to order” tab in the navigation bar, or contact us via Email/Live chat for help ordering!   Usually it just takes selecting the service you need to purchase (This will add it to your cart), and just simply checking out following the on screen instructions.   Q) Do you cover the 5.5% EA tax?   A) Unfortunately at this moment in time, we are unable to cover EA taxes, this is simply due to the fact that as a registered LTD company, we have many taxes to pay ourselves, when we also get the coins ourselves, we are taxed on them too unfortunately, which means we have less to sell to you guys!   Q) Shipping costs and methods to pay?   A) We are currently only accepting Google checkout and Moneybookers. Moneybookers allow a Guest Checkout feature where you just enter some details and your credit/debit card details and there you have it, we are ready to process your order! Shipping costs are free as the service is provided online digitally. Please contact us for any other payment methods; we are always willing to try compromise with our beloved customers.     Q) Can we pre-order our coins to ensure they are available?   A) If you are going to order a large amount and know of it before hand, then yes!, you may contact us to put in an order with us for these coins in advance to ensure they are available to you quickly.   Q) Am I safe using Moneybookers or Google checkout?   A) Moneybookers/Skrill or Google Checkout are both Global companies that have set up and been around for years to ensure safe money transfers for businesses and personal payments worldwide. Moneybookers/Skrill especially specialize in great verification processes to ensure cutting down on fraud on the Internet. This means that it is safer dealings not only for you as a customer, but also for the business.   Q) Am I entitled to ask you for a delivery if you have contacted me saying you have no stock or have taken long to deliver to me? A) We aim to deliver all of our orders out within the hour, if we are not online then within 24 hours, we do ask you as the customer to email us with your card details as soon as you order to ensure faster delivery. If at all we are unable to deliver or take a long time to deliver to you, we are more than happy for you to ask for a refund as we would like to ensure all of our customers stay happy.   Q) What are the reasons for delaying delivery?   A) The only reasons that can delay our delivery are things that are out of our hands; sometimes the web app is down for maintenance and can not be accessed by most of us, if not all of us. This can have an affect on delivery.   Also in some circumstances Internet service providers decide to perform maintenance, this is also once way, although we have an iPad with 3G Internet to allow us to look past these issues.   If for any reason we have taken long to deliver, please contact us via Live chat/Phone/Email at any time.   Q) I am worried about the privacy of my details:   A) We only store the usernames and password and emails for you on here, no payment details as these are taken directly through third party vendors like Moneybookers/Skrill or Google Checkout.
